Michelle
Pearce is the business assistant to Richard Naing, the
founder and President of NIE, LTD/RWN Development Group,
LLC. Her primary role is to assist Mr. Naing with real
estate properties, daily projects, meetings, building
renovations, and daily administrative duties. She uses
marketing skills and provides detailed information for
the company websites. She works closely with several
vendors, contractors, architects and interior designers.
Michelle
works assists the Executive Vice President, John Ginnever
on several projects dealing with the real estate properties.
She provides planning, scoping and quality control for
the company. Moreover she possesses excellent interpersonal
skills and works effectively with third party professionals.
