Carrie Robbins

Director of Management Operations

Carrie Robbins is the Director of Management for RWN Development Group, LLC. Her primary role is planning, coordinating, and continually reviewing existing and new procedures, programs, methods of operation, and management information systems within the company; providing staff consultation, research and guidance to administrative support services, and related activities. She provides staff supervision, training, technical assistance, and guidance to employees. Carrie maintains liaison with outside contractors and service organizations.

Ms. Robbins develops performance standards and necessary control systems, and makes recommendations for modifications of programs and/or systems.

Moreover her responsibilities include assisting the President (Richard Naing), and works closely with the Executive Vice President (John Ginnever), on several projects.
